Phoenix area full time luxury park

Looking for luxury rv park for full time 5th wheel (accommodates up to 42") living. Planning for 6 months starting end of this year or early next. We are not 55+ years of age. Suggestions?

Only place I know of is Desert Shadows RV, 19203 N 29th Ave
Phoenix, AZ 85027

Had a couple of our friends stay there. It was handy to Costco and also close to the Villas on N19th and Morningside where a number of our friends have condos and spend the winter.

Happy Glamping.

Yet to find a luxury park in Phoenix. We like Eagle View in Fountain Hills.

Define your idea of 'luxury'. It means different things to different people.

Under age 55 could prove to be a serious challenge. Most places in the Phoenix metro that provide decent amenities will most likely be age restricted.

If you plan to be there through the winter - and it looks like you are - reserve EARLY it's not at all too soon. Arizona fills the brim with RVs in Jan, Feb and Mar.

No one wants to be there in an RV in Jun, Jul and Aug.

Gold Canyon RV or Canyon Vistas in Gold Canyon are worth your consideration.

Luxury meaning all of the hookups, wifi, pool, activities, etc. Yes, I am seeing issues with not being over 55. Never thought that would be the case lols!

Are there any websites for finding seasonal living with more than just the basic hookup amenities for large RV's? We are looking in other areas of the country, as well.

Hi KCVA2019,
By law the 55+ rule pertains to a percentage of the population. However, different states and localities interpret this differently. Find a place that interests you and make an inquiry. I have seen quite liberal interpretations and those that want every person to be over 55 because they do not want to deal with the auditing, if required.

Then Eagle View would work for you.
