It is very near the airport but the noise hasn't bothered us since we've had the AC on since we got here.
Odd, we are at Columbia River RV Park with no airplane noise, a clear view of the river & all the passing ships from our coach and very poorly manicured grass (?)...

Sandy RV in Troutdale would be a good choice
I stayed here last year for a week and it was fantastic
and reasonable price. handy to lots of great photographic areas

?? Not the same park. We were at Columbia River RV park on NE Marine Drive in Portland. There were no sites with a clear view of the river.... there was a tall fence along the road. I walked the entire park and saw nothing like that. There were no picnic tables as seen in that pic. Different park, same name??

You sure you're not at the Columbia RiverFront RV Park? Link to site

To O.P.:

Pheasant Ridge RV Park is near the southern confluence of I-5 and I-205. Dunno where exactly on the East side your daughter is, but if it's anywhere near 205 you wouldn't be more than twenty minutes or so away.

You are correct. That looks like Columbia Riverfront RV Park in Woodland, which is NNW of Portland.

Stayed here several times. One of those destination parks where view is outstanding. Good as it gets in the NW!

There are two parks with almost the same name. The first, on NE 13th Ave. is near the International Airport, tucked behind a road, parking lot, and marina.

The second one is 40 miles north of Portland, in Woodland, WA. That's the one in the photo.
