The last I heard Scusset State,Park had electrical problems, so if you are looking for full hook ups, check with them.

I am not sure who thinks it is 1 1/2 hours from Providencetown, MA to Providence, RI. I live on Cape Cod and can tell you unless you are doing in mid week at 3 AM in February you will be well over 2 hours. If you try it on a Sunday afternoon/evening in July it could be much closer to 6 hours! There are only 2 bridges to the Cape and there can be miles of backups.

Be aware if you think you may want to use the Fishermans Memorial State Park in the summer months depending on the weather there is a restriction against using AC while plugged into shore power due to inadequate wiring at the park.

You may want to check directly with them.

Chances are VERY slim that you will get into Fishermans Memorial State Park in June. The park usually books up a year in advance. Normandy Farms in Foxboro will work out fine if you are commuting to Providence, RI. There's lots of shopping and restaurants at Patriot Place just a few miles away and a casino in Plainville, MA, and Wrentham Factory Outlets is nearby. And of course the city of Boston maybe 30 miles away. But don't drive into the city, take the train. Lots of history.
