Recommendations on a great CG in FL

Wife and I want to get out of Dodge for a couple of weeks. Just somewhere by the Ocean. Gulf or Coast, doesn't matter. Looking for some first hand input. Thanks in advance!!

(In case it matters, I'll have my Dog and will be pulling a trailer)

We are kind of partial to the Forgotten Coast area (Carrabelle). Ho Hum RV Park and Carrabelle Beach RV Resort are good. Not much in the way of touristy activities but good beaches (dog friendly) and good seafood. In case you do not already check out RV Park Reviews :: Home.

Thanks for the input! Checked them out. I ended up finding one in Destin FL. called Camp Gulf. They have sites large enough for me to not disconnect and it's right on the Gulf, pet friendly. (Not allowed on beach) Price over phone was quoted higher than internet so it's a good thing I checked. Quoted me $131.57/day where the internet showed $500.00/7 nights! (Based on 7 nights that a considerable difference) Leaving Sunday!!!

All the Florida State Parks are nice. Around $20 a night.
