My daughter got married in the Taliquepaque Village Chapel (not sure spelling is correct) in Sedona and we stayed at Rancho and were pleased with it. Get a spot by the river. The rv park was within walking distance to the village and near everything else. The roundabouts in town were something new to this Okie, so with a 40' DP make sure you're in the right lane before entering one of these. While there, go south to Prescott to a little village on the side of the mountain, a short day trip. Hope this helps, Good Luck and Happy Trails P.S. I believe it says not to take anything over 50' in length on the highway north out of Sedona (very scenic) but I had no problem without a towd.

Im kinda late to this thread but if you are an Elks Member there is a beautiful Elks Lodge right on the main drag at the airport road that you can park at with water and electric for $30. It looks out right at the mountains and is very nice. We stayed 3 nights in Sept.

A big +1 on Dead Horse Ranch! We had a great time there. Also, had a great time visiting Jerome for day trips.

WE stayed in Cottonwood at a thousand trails resort. IT was nice but a bit of a drive. Make sure to eat at Sedona memories if you would like a good sandwich. REasonably priced and delicious. CLoses after lunch when he runs out of bread!

So many great places to eat. We live in Sedona now. If anyone needs current information feel free to contact me. BTW Sedona Memories' sandwiches also are big enough to easily feed two people for lunch.

Rancho is the only place that is in the town. Warning book early or you wont get a spot. The place isn't to bad. One thing I noticed is that there are signs everywhere of what you can not do. Its a very strict campground and not to friendly. We stayed at Distance Drums last time. Its about a 25 min drive into Sedona. Distance drums is a decent spot with everything you need.
