What is with this outfit? We made online reservations on June 8th. for camping on July 19th. and have yet to receive a confirmation. Their website shows our status as "pending credit approval" yet they have charged our credit card and the card account has been paid. We have sent 3 e-mails and one hand written letter to RA and they have not replied. Has anyone else had this rude service experience from Reserve America?

Guess we'll write our state govenor's office next.

Try accessing your acct on line. Your reservations should show up on there. Then just print it out.

I have never had a problem with RA, there confirmation email to me did get caught by my spam controls but i did find it. Seems there emails have the first page blank - you must scroll down to see any text.

Well, threatening to write the Governor must have worked as we got an e-mail this afternoon from RA. It states that "when making reservations online and the reservation window closes before the credit card is approved, the computer has no way to go back in and update those reservations. Your reservations are confirmed. New confirmation letters have been sent"

Here is hoping the confirmation letters arrive before Wednesday.

Might be a good idea to also check with the campground for which you reserved and get confirmation.
