River Park Rv in Valdosta Ga

We were totally upset with our experience with this park when we got there on 8-28-2014. We stopped in on the way back home to Florida on the spur of the moment because it was getting late and didn't feel like driving any further for the night. When we arrived we paid are fee and the manager there told us where our spot was and said it wasn't a very level spot, but it will work. When I got to are spot I could see it had a long slope to it. It was a drive through like I wanted but really with a down hill grade. I couldn't get the coach level no matter what I did. I even took the car off the back and backed up farther on the pad to try and make it work, but know luck. So I hooked the car back up and drove back out to the office and told her that this spot would not work because I couldn't get level. Being we have a 40ft coach with a supper slide all along one side I didn't want to take the chance and slide it out with not being level. I told her we were not going to stay, so could you just refund my money. She told me no there are no refunds. I said we were here maybe a total of 10-minutes and you cannot refund my money, and she said no that's the policy. I said you are kidding me right, and she replied no. She said, well your rig is kind of big for this park but you can try this other spot we have if you want. I said why didn't you tell me this when I pulled in. She had no answer for that. This park had very few staying there, and I only saw 2-other small motorhomes there. I told her that I will call our charge card company and try to stop the payment. She said do what you have to do. I could not believe her attitude. I will tell everyone I see what terrible service I received at this place, this is the first time I have ever run into anything like this in the 5-years of rving. This park's name Is RIVER PARK RV CAMPGROUND located just a few miles north of the Florida line and on the west side of interstste 75 just off the interstate.

I think the only other CG there is Valdosta Oaks and I gave it a really bad rating also.
