Why not check with the folks that run the place?

Thanks but that's a pretty generic/ general bit of info. I was hoping for something more specific.

In the table, the two main roads are underlined and clicking the link gives more specific info and even a phone # for up to date information. Trail Ridge Rd is the main route up and over the 12,183' crest. Conditions on these roads can change anytime, I've had snow in July on that route.

Maybe more help can be given if you're more specific about what route you want to take and why you think the link was too generic.

It's been our experience that road closing information on the national parks web sites are accurate.

That’s prob the best resource other than calling the NPS. CDOT would be the next best bet but they will point you to NPS in most cases.

Trail Ridge road I don’t believe is open yet.

We were at RMNP Friday (5/4). Trail Ridge road is still closed. There was a snow storm last Thursday that dumped ~12" up top.

Generally Trail Ridge opens for Memorial Day Weekend.

I wish that was always the case. I can't tell you how many times I've traveled portions of the Blue Ridge Parkway going based on what was on the Website or through the phone number only to find portions closed. This has happened in other parks as well.

I think the OP was just looking for some "boots on the ground" truth as opposed to a Website that may or may not have been updated.
