I'll be going there soon and looking for recommendations on CG's.

Thanks

12 Miles East of Roswell is a nice State Park. They will have Electric sites but no sewer. But the price is right $14 per night and the State Parks here in NM are well kept and safe with full time rangers on site. http://www.emnrd.state.nm.us/PRD/bottomless.htm

RV Parks in the area are not plentyfull.

It's getting hot now and these Parks for the most part have 30 AMP service so only one A/C at a time.

Thanks Dick. We made a reservation at Red Barn just outside of Roswell. It looked to be the best one there. Unless anyone has anything negative other than the sites are close to the road , that's where we'll be.

Nice MGB (Profile Picture). My wife owned one a 63 when we got hitched. Now we've down graded to a 53 TD.

We left Bottomless this morning. The lake is very clear and nor cold as I expected and a nice beach area. You can save yourself a windy narrow drive by following 409 to it's end instead of following the signs to the park.

Looks like we'll be staying in town at Red Barn or Trailer village. Thanks to all.

Classic description of an "extraterrestrial". Thin , big head, large eyes. Usually heard muttering "no intelligent life on this planet. "
