Has anyone ever stayed at Rustic Sands...it's a PPA park, so the price is right, and it is close to the Beach....the pricing is a whole lot better than other parks right on the beach in in Destin, etc. (like less than 1/2)..in checking the review web sites, it gets mixed reviews....

I have never been to this Rustic Sands but I heard some pretty good things about it too. I am planning to go on vacation and the website address of the review might be of some help to me. Would you mind sharing it please? thanks

After posting the information on Rustic Sands, and on reflection, we would not stay there again. The park is fine, the people friendly....there were two issues...1) there was so much standing water from recent rains, that there was a misquito infestation 2) the park was fairly full when we were there and not sure how often they empty there dumpsters, but they were full and overflowing all over the ground. By the time we left, we couldn't wait to leave.
