In Elkhart consider the Elkhart County Fair Grounds. Pull through and back in sites. Nothing else but full hookups. However, when there, I'm out seeing the sights and getting fat on Amish cooking.
Two Rivers does have some pull through sites. We just stayed there on the way south in Jan and back north in early Feb.
