My old account user name was not an email. I try to do a new registration with my email address, password and two boxes checked, and get the following error message:

Invalid Auth Token. Try again.

I get the same error message when I try to use the Contact function.

Any suggestions? Thanks

You can use your old username OR your email address to access your account.

Regardless of which one you use, you won't be creating a new registration, you will be using your existing one. It won't let you create another account with the same email address.

I guess I wasn't clear enough. Here are the steps I have gone through numerous times:

- Tried my existing user name (not an email address) - received message: Invalid Auth Token. Try again.

- Tried to create a new registration with a different email address - received message: Invalid Auth Token. Try again.

- Tried Help > Contact > Contact Us > filled out form and checked Login Issue - received message: Invalid Auth Token. Try again.

Any constructive suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried logging in with a different web browser? For example, if you're using Firefox, try Internet Explorer or vice versa.

Go to the main search screen and you have that ability. That is not the simple search bar at the top, but the page that has pull-downs for State and Distance also.

Go the the login screen and enter the email address the system has on record EVEN THOUGH YOU DIDN'T PREVIOUSLY USE THAT AS A USERNAME.

Use the SAME password you have used previously. That should work.

Looks like it's an IE-11 problem, at least for me. I can login using my existing credentials with Chrome and Safari on my iPad.

When viewing with IE-11 I can see the states and then the cities down the left hand side, but I don't see anything in the area to the right (see below) and no ads. I can select a campground and view the details with no problem.

When I use Chrome or Safari, in addition to the menu selections on the left, it displays a map view in the area to the right showing icons for the RV parks, and it also shows an ad banner at the top of the screen.

Is it a know issue with IE-11, or am I missing some add-on?
