Not sure if you want to buy a "park", or software to find an RV park - or both?

There are numerous software programs/cell phone apps available. Here's one for RV Parks:

Hope that helps!

We have been to a few RV Parks that were at one time KOA's, and now de franchised or were sold to someone else who did not want the franchise..

Are you talking about the software program RV Parks use to run the park and manage reservations? If so; you can stop in at a RV Park and talk directly to them and find out what they use. A national chain (ie KOA, Yogi Bear, etc) will use a program developed specifically for them. However there are programs available for RV Park Management. Additionally, there are RV Park Owner Organizations that a park owner could direct you too.
