It may actually be too late to reserve at many of the suggested places.
Many state parks have cabins to rent in addition to the campgrounds, yurts also, which would be something different.
A number of the Georgia parks fit this description, but it isn't what I would call warm, sometimes, sometimes not, weather is very subject to change from day to day.
Cloudland Canyon State Park in NW Georgia, near Chattanooga, has a very nice east campground with several cabins just rebuilt this year right on the edge of the canyon and campground, west side has yurts and campground, not sure if it is available in the winter or not.
Franklin D Roosevelt State Park at Pine Mountain GA is just a few miles from my house, has a nice campground, cottages, group shelter (not sure if enclosed or not). Also other things to see and do in the area, since anyone traveling to your reunion will want to take advantage of the trip to get more out of it.

We are in a " Sun Resort " CG in Florida. They do rent park models in some of their destinations. Google sunresorts.com and plug in some dates.
