RV Park w/Rental Units

We are hosting our family for Christmas for the first time as full time RV'ers in a couple of years. Since we no longer have a sticks and bricks, we are searching for an RV park that has a combination of RV sites and some kind of rental unit for family members who don't have an RV. Has to be someplace fairly warm. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Have you looked into KOA's in the warmer areas? Some of them are equipped with cabins as well.

I have no idea what part of the country you are in, but here is a thought from the region where I live. Big Bass Marina on Toledo bend lake in Louisiana (on the Texas state line), they have rustic style motel rooms and RV park on the lake, though I think the lake level is still down now for Dam maintenance due to damage from Hurricane Harvey. (this assumes they are not closed due to low lake level) As they are fairly near (45 miles) the historic town of Natchitoches, La, that does a major month long Christmas festival every year Home - Official Natchitoches Christmas festival

Major vacation areas you'll find rent companies that will place a towable on your reserved site and set everything up. Using Google Maps for the location and then searching for RV rentals might point you in the right direction. Here is an example -

My Father had a rental delivered back in 1978 to a Myrtle Beach Campground. Worked out nicely. The other option as suggested is campgrounds with cabins and such.

The Bullhead City/Ft Mojave area of Arizona has several RV parks that also have rental RVs. We have stayed at Moon River RV Resort and I know they have rental units. Only issue for that area is that it is a VERY popular snowbird area and it might be hard to get spots.

We are totally open on any area, state, region, etc. in the southern states.....Where it's warm....and never snows. Primarily California, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida. Would also consider Georgia, North or South Carolina.
