Go on rvparky.com and check the various towns along your route. There are many decent places to stay either just off I-80 or just to the north off US 30.

We were there two years ago. Nice clean basic park within walking distance of a restaurant, Walmart, and Cabellas. Excellent WiFi

Ah yes, that is my old stomping grounds, beautiful south-central Nebraska. Pioneer Village has an amazing collection of stuff, literally something for everyone.

Vetl82, I've stayed a couple of times at the Country View Campground in Ogallala. It's about a mile South of I-80. Full hookups, etc. Just over $30.00 w/veterans discount. Heck even Kearney has one "Kearney RV Park and Campground", pretty new, not much shade. Close to the "Arch" if you haven't been there. Also as mentioned Pioneer Village, always something to see there for sure. What time of the year are you planning on going through the area?

Google I80 lakes. There are a bunch of places that pop up.

Holiday RV park in North Platte is nice as well. Has a swimming pool in the shape of the state.
