RV Parks around Searcy, AR

We will be at RV Fog Doctor on June 10 but will likely arrive in that area 2 -3 days before. Can anyone recommend any campgrounds/RV parks in that general area?

I did find one in 'Toad Suck' but DW says she is not telling anyone she was in Toad Suck .

Don't let the name scare you away. It is a nice Corps park.

This one is close and sounds ok Kensett (Arkansas ) - Campground Reviews - RV Park Reviews . The Fog DR did a good job for me back in April. He let me park a day early. He has room at his place to unhook car. I was going to pull into WalMart and unhook but they have the entrances blocked with low overhead signs.

That review looks fine and we have PA membership so it should be cheap enough. Plus it is only a few miles from RV Fog Doctor.

Thanks.

That must be Whitney Lane RV Park. We stayed there one night last year. It is OK for just that, and likely you only need it for a quick stop while awaiting your service appointment at Dr Fog. The road leading to that park is narrow, but well paved, and you may not encounter any oncoming traffic. We had a pull-through site that was adequate. Owner was available by phone and told us to "find a spot and he would be around in a while". He is an exceptionally friendly old gentleman. Does not stay at the park all the time, but the residents there are very quiet without supervision.

View the park overhead with Google Earth first so you will have a feel for the entry/exit turns and internal road maneuvering. You will be OK with a big rig, with caution around the trees.
