I was wondering if anyone knew of a good Rv park catered to kids in the southeast. We live near fort wilderness and stay there several times a year but it gets old after a while (and so does the price).

Here is a link to reviews by other rv'ers and the parks they have stayed at. Click on any state and towns within that state will come up with campgrounds listed and their reviews.

How old are the kids?

My teens love going to Sugarloaf Key KOA for Easter week as it is wall to wall teens. When they were younger, they loved Chattanooga, TN with Ruby Falls, incline railway, zoo, etc. Also Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN have PLENTY for kids to do.

When my kids were young we couldn't afford an RV or the time to use one.
Tent camping at the State Parks was about it.

Hi Al0089,
Welcome to iRV2. This is another vote for the Pigeon Forge, TN area. It is a "G" rated area. You can go anywhere with your kids or parents and not be embarrassed.

Remember Myrtle Beach. Lakewood, Ocean Lakes or Pirate Land CGs all are kid friendly. And there are a lot of kids. The area entertainment is also "G" rated.

Try Jekyll Island State Park. It has bike riding, miniature golf, horse back riding, fishing, golf, water park (summer time) beaches, turtle museum, tennis and a lot of other activities including some historical homes.
