Lajitas is quite the place, haven't been there in 10 years. Is the Mayor still the beer drinking goat in the pen behind the General Store?

Thanks to everyone for all your helpfull information. I couldn't believe how many rv parks there are in the RGV. I finally decided on a park in Donna and am looking forward to going there right after Christmas.
