RV Storage Site Directory

We are in really enjoying our RV Road Trips in USA. #1 on the bucket list and exceeding all expectations. We are typically doing a month long stage, having to leave our Motorhome somewhere at the end of the trip - always a different place - to go back to Europe for a month or two to attend to domestic matters, before we can come back to continue. While we are away we like to leave our Motorhome in a dedicated covered storage facility. They are out there and we have had great experience with those we have used so far. The challenge has been finding them in the first place - that has usually involved hours of wild goose chases on the Internet. It isn't easy getting a 40' Motorhome into one of those small domestic lock up type storage places (smile). Hence my question: is there a Directory of (dedicated) RV Storage facilities with listings which give the essential details, just like we have for campgrounds, e.g. Location, maximum size of rig, types of storage offered, power supply options, additional services offered, etc. and if there is not such a directory is there a need for one?

Ken,

What I have been doing is just searching state by state using Bing and Google. I will be following your thread though. It is a good discussion to start.
