I need to clear the property is not kept up

not our place

our roads are chuck holed and just plain horrible
anything over 5 mph rattles your teeth
just stay away from anything that says TECON or holiday villages


our water is very soft and good, but the price is just short of NUTS

if you go look at properties ask if southwest water or monarch is their supplier...if so RUN like the wind, they have over 2/3rds pf the states rural water supply contracts....HORRIBLE

Looks great and the prices are very reasonable.

We are headed to Florida next week to see the DW's granny and brother. Plan on stopping at The Great Outdoors to have a look.
