Encore RV Resort in Lutz, FL (just north of Tampa) allows RV and vehicle washing.

Be warned however, that all Encore Parks are changing some rules for next year. If you stay at one of their parks during the month of February, you have to pay for three months whether you will be there for three months or not. Doesn't seem fair.

One of the reasons resorts are doing this is because those who picked up coupons for special deals at shows or from Welcome Centers, one month coupons for $100.00 would book at one resort one month, book another month at the same "chain" resort in a different location and so on. The 3 month deal is to stop the abuse.

We are at Lazy Days Rally Park Right now.
There is a notice you get with the info packet;

Due to EPA restrictions "No vehicle washing of any kind, including Sundial, is permitted at the site. This ordinance also includes any and all individuals who choose to wash their own coaches using soap of any kind. EPA restrictions specify no soap or excessive water into the city storm drains.

Hey, it was nice meeting you.
I might consider coming to the Rally, but not sure If we will have any BRAKES.
After the right front gets repaired I only need the left rear to lock up and get that repaired then all four will have been repaired.
Hopefully, they will have been repaired. But who knows, only driving it will. 3 caliper lockups in 28 months makes you wonder.

I'd ask to see the ordience on this issue. If that is the case, the EPA could get every homeowner in the county that lives where they have storm sewers.
