Saltwater state park near Seattle Washington

Hello all,
I am trying to find a suitable place to rv camp near Seattle. I looked at a few places and they were ridiculously expensive. KOA was 174 for two nights. I came across saltwater state park. The reviews are fair at best, small sites, lots of day users, low aircraft. Has anyone stayed there? Any suggestions or thoughts. I am fine not having hook ups, but need to stay within 30 minutes of centurylink field.

Thanks in advance.

salt water isn't bad. I have not stayed there, but been there numerous times for day time events, picnics etc. I wouldn't want to spend a week there, but for a day or two its fine.

We have stayed art Dash Point SP, which is not far from there. We enjoyed it and will probably go again.

We lived about a mile inland from Saltwater SP in 1969/70. There is a LOT of airplane noise, as it's almost directly under the flight path for SeaTac airport. We used to reckon that, if someone had stowed away in a landing gear bay, the body would probably fall in our yard!

Airplanes are a good deal quieter nowadays. but it will still be noisy.

Also, the road going into the park from the gate is narrow and twisty. I don't think I'd want to tackle it in anything much longer than 28'.

Unfortunately for us RVers, property prices around Seattle make it very difficult to have low-cost RV parks. I'd be tempted to look across the Sound and go to the "Clink" by ferry.
