Lovely full hookup fully paved park. Very small but well kept pool and spa. About 150 yard walk to the casino and restaurants. Typical casino security, we've always felt very comfortable. The drive to the Strip an take as long as 20 minutes due to Las Vegas traffic. But that is not necessarily a bad thing as life is less stressful off the Strip. Major shopping center a short drive away at Sunset Mall. We used to stay there often when the kids lived nearby, now we stay at the Oasis, which is closer to the kids. It is a lovely, well maintained full hookup parking lot campground. It makes a nice basecamp for Las Vegas and Boulder.

We've stayed there a couple of times, kalynzoo said it accurately. They give discounts with their player card. We've also stayed at Las Vegas RV Resort just up the street, also a nice clean park that has remodeled all their facilities and has 24 hr security

It's actually only a 30 $ cab ride to the strip. One of my friends bought a house about 1/2 mile away from Sams Town and I'm down there this week. I have a doberman puppy and the info says no dobermans allowed which is stupid. Only retarded people who have never met a doberman are scared of them and discriminate against them. I think I will try to go there anyway and bring her. I was there today and talked to the lady at the desk and told her I had a dobe puppy and a chihuahua and she didn't say anything about them not being allowed. My first dobe didn't have her ears cropped and I took her camping all the time and people would come up and pet her and say what an awesome dog and how friendly she was and ask what breed. I would say doberman pinscher and every time they would jerk their hand back and look scared and say Oh really? Even though they were just petting her for 10 minutes, lol! people are so dumb and uninformed and discriminate against dobermans and pit Bulls when in reality both of those breeds are the best most family friendly dogs you will ever own. Dobes are so smart, my 2 previous ones were both smarter than some people I know, lol! I can't wait to get my new puppy in a week when I get back home!

Sams

Stayed there a couple times. Nice park but a little spendy. If I remember it was like $55 a night. A half mile down the road is the Roadrunner. Stayed there several times. All pavement pool etc. $18 a night.

For a 30 ft spot which is the cheapest is like 22 plus tax a day. 510 a month for all hookups, including cable. Wifi is extra. 146 a week. I think I saw one for 310 a month in a less desirable location with probably no hookups but I forget the name. I didn't think 510 a month was bad, I spend more than that in one day in Vegas, lol! It looks very small but I figure most spots were like that.
