Chula Vista is very nice and if you can find the right magazine they periodically offer a discount.

more votes for both Chula Vista and Santee Lakes.

I am not fond of Silver Strand State Beach. Too many rules (we watched them leave a nasty notice on someone's door for having the a/c drip onto the asphalt.)

No genny until after 10 am (way too late for coffee for me - I get up at 6 am).

Spaces are set up as a parking lot - very close together and one directly behind the other..

The good thing about it was that we could walk to the bay and the beach was steps away.

We have enjoyed the KOA in Chula Vista. Nice clean park and close to all San Diego has to offer.
