Santa Rosa RV resort or Emerald?

I have an opportunity to stay at either one for a weekend in October. Would like to hear comparisons? We love to bike and walk. No children.

Look at both on rvparkrviews.com. We stayed at Emerald Coast in May and loved it. Probably the second best rv park we have ever been in. Never been in Santa Rosa, but may try it in the future.

The park was very full and I was only able to get a back row spot that backs up to the freeway. This is a very nice park, if you don't stay in the back row. The freeway noise is loud and constant, the loud exhaust cars and motorcycles use the freeway as a drag strip in the evening and you can hear them as they accelerate by at triple digit speeds.
If you can get first row (ocean front) or second row I would stay again. I haven't stayed and Emerald Coast before.
