scouting mission

We are flying to Orlando next week for the Tampa show and to look for potential places to stay next Winter. We would like to be within 2 hours of Orlando, daughter lives there. A more senior friendly place, not crowded, not near a freeway would be preferred. On or near water would be great. Must be reasonably priced, not a fancy "resort " I have found a few CG's listed online that have no website, just a phone number so if any of you have suggestions please reply.

We just stayed at Silver Palms in Okeechobee. They had a $400 December special and the next months at 895.00 per month. Beautiful Resort at a lower price. You are at least 2 hours from any large city. We only stayed the month but it was a very nice place and gives you time to look around at other places.
