Secret Hideaway near Los Angeles

I am looking for that secret little spot within 150mi of L A. Close enough for short 3 or 4 day trips. Prefer to be by fresh water for fishing if possible or water play.
I know there must be some spots that are not widely known.
Any recomendations ? We travel in a 34ft M H.
Thanks for the tips ahead of time.

Your best bet would be Valencia Travel Village near Castaic CA.

Valencia Travel Village

It is just a short distance to Castaic Lake, Pyramid Lake and only 30 miles north of Hollywood/Los Angeles, CA.

That was my home base for a number of years while working in the film industry.
