We are back from our week in Southern Oregon. We stayed 7 nights @ Seven Feathers RV Resort. I can't say enough nice about Seven Feathers. Great park! Large, level concrete pads, beautiful maintained grounds, friendly, helpful staff! The weather was perfect; sunny and daytime highs in the 70s, early morning clouds/fog that burned off before noon each day. We did some wine tasting (Umpque and Applegate Valleys), a day trip to Crater Lake, spent some time in the casino, saw a couple shows and enjoyed their buffet (reasonable priced good food). We didn't make it over to the coast but that is on our list for next time (probably next fall again).

The new 5th Wheel handled well, the trip was uneventful, I was surprised how well it handled on the highway compared to our travel trailer. The extra length was not an issue and the 5th Wheel design really handles so much better.

If you take the Myrtle Creek exit and go into the north of town but in town there is a great rv park $20 per night full up. It is the city park I have never seen more than 2 r.v.'s at any one time there. There is about 20 spaces there very private and quiet. We stay there on the way from Coos Bay to AZ every year.
