Sheppard AFB Annex - Lake Texoma (Texas shore)

Spaces are sand, gravel and grass but level. Utilities are between spaces so parking is nose to tail with your neighbor unless you can stretch lines under your RV. Even number pull-though spaces face the water. Pull-though spaces are 100 yards from the water's edge, back-ins are across from pull-throughs. Some back-in spaces are at the water's edge but didn't appear to have sewer.

No cable or wifi.

On a sizable inlet good for canoes, kayaks, light boats. Marina with boat rentals and a fishing dock. Lodge serves 3 meals 6 days/weeks and 2 meals on Sunday. Pavilions available. Cabins available. Bathhouse at RV park. Looked like a swimming beach at the point.

Must be military (active or retired) or DoD civilian.

The road once you leave FM-901 is a challenge in a 43' MH pulling a toad but doable. We even passed an 18-wheeler coming the other way; we had to pull over and let him pass!

Great park for $20/day! We will go back regularly!
