Heading out Saturday for a trip to Disney with the boys. We are staying at Sherwood Forest RV park in Kissimmee, Fl. Has anyone stayed at this park before? I have family that lives in the sub division right behind it, so we thought we would try it out. Seems to have several extra items to make our stay nice. Just curious to see if anyone has had any trips there.

Then leaving on Thursday to stay at Oceanside RV Park in Ormond Beach Fl for a couple days before heading home. At this one we have a spot right along the beach front with an ocean view. So anything you can suggest for this site would be good also if anyone has been there.

Stayed there one night before going in to Fort Wilderness. Last minute late night check in 5 rigs. Was told by their security to lock all bikes and golfcarts and rig compartments up. Things like these go missing during the night. Like Tropical Palms a lot more. All paved sites , all 30, 50 amps, and a all night open pool but it does cost a lot more and I thing that both are owned by the same people. All most as much as Fort Wilderness. That is why we stay on Disney property. Never had to lock anything and no worries. Did not have to use the jeep at all.

We spent a week there last fall and found it very conveniently located for all the Disney attractions. The park is older and in need of some repair many of the concrete pads are broken up. They seemed to be working to upgrade the park although slowly. Since the weather was not that hot we did not use the pool but it looked to be in need of cleaning badly.

We got a great weekly rate through Thousand Trails and yes we would return.

Stayed there last year and had no problems. Used the pool every day and was also close to all attractions.

Well, trip was good there. Park could sure use some updating, but everyone was correct. Very close to all attractions, pool was nice, and park was clean and quite. Just way out of date!

Would also recommend the Coral Sands resort in Ormond Beach FL. Had a spot about 10 feet from the beach the last couple days of our Florida trip. Along with a great spot, could also use the hotel pool and other options. Was a very nice place to stay, and was told about the only place along that stretch by Daytona you can park and RV right on the beach!
