Shuttle/Bus Transportation from Fishing Bridge, Yellowstone WY

Hello all,

I will be taking my family to Yellowstone in mid-June for a stop over at Fishing Bridge campground. I will be driving our 31' Class A motorhome without a toad.
My question is does anyone have any recent experiences with either Linx shuttles or any other transportation rentals? We do not want to take a "tour" like Xanterre offers, just a rental car or similar from the Fishing Bridge location. I only see Linx as offering passes but would rather rent a car if possible. I just don't want to drive to Cody to rent a car.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

As beaverfever suggests, going to West Yellowstone or Gardiner, MT, are your closest places.
West Yellowstone to Fishing Bridge Visiter Center - 55 miles
Gardiner to FBVC - 54 miles
Cody to FBVC - 77 miles
Jackson Hole Airport to FBVC - 91 miles.

There are no car rental vendors in YNP.
