silver lakes in naples florida

Has anyone ever camped at the Silver Lakes RV & golf resort in Naples Florida? I'm suposed to go there in April and I was wondering if anyone as been there before and how is that place? Is it a good place to go with kids and can we take our bicycles? Any info would be apreciated, thanks Joe.

I havent stayed in Silver Lakes before. I have tarvelled through it just to see what it is like and seems like a clean nice place to stay. What are you travelling in? Mothorhome? Travel Trailer? If you are in a motorhome there is a place within about 3min that we go to that is great. They only accept moterhomes so thats why I asked what you are tarvelling in. It is a private gated subdivision for motorcoahes only. We go in April as well, this will be our 4th yr. We have a 3yr old and 6yr old and enjoy it. It is usually very quiet in there in April but with Easter being so late this year it may be busier later. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for the advice and I travel in a class A motor home, I'm contemplating to go there or to go to key west Florida. Once again thanks and if I decide to go to your place if we are there at the same time we should get together. Joe

Enjoy Pelican Lake, I just got back Sunday. It is certainly one of the nicest RV resorts around. I would recommend Pelican Lake highly !!!
