we have stayed there and it is great for adults. Full hookups, 50 amp, but no bathhouses. The original section has two row of concrete pads. The front row is a little more expensive than the back row but if you are in a motorhome, the back row is preferable since you wil then be able to see the Gulf thru the front window. Mosquitos can be bad in the marsh area behind the campground. Silver Slipper used to give you one night free if you sign up for their player's card. When you arrive, you call them and they send a security guy in a golf cart to register you. There is not anyone at the campground full time, but I felt safe during our visit. I think they have a new section but it is not concrete pads. The casino is just down the road and they will come get you but we walked. They recently added a hotel at the casino. You can't beat the location right across from the Gulf and in a mostly undeveloped area.
