Silver Slipper first night free

the first night is free if you dont have a players card , this is on the MS Gulf coast right on the Beach one note the front spots are $35 and the back of the coach is to the gulf the back spots are $25 and the gulf is out the front window, goofy but true. Of course you could park in backwards and run the power under the coach.

Food sometime good and sometime not so good.

Sweet. We stayed in Waveland last trip. Lived 6 years in Long Beach in the Navy and 18 months at Grand Casino Gulfport when it opened. Where is the SS?

We stayed 10 min from there and had dinner there. It used to be the Jubilee.

We stayed there last March for 3 days. It is a short drive to New Orleans and to Biloxi. The campground has two rows but I preferred the back row in order to face the Gulf. Very nice level concrete pads, easy in/out access. The casino is walkable, but they will also shuttle you in a golf cart if you request it. No one is at the campground to check you in. We just parked in our reserved space and called them. The security guy came down in the golf cart and checked us in. I seem to recall they charge for the nights and then when you join the players club inside, they rebate one night to your credit card. We would definitely go back. The only downside is the mosquitos at dusk. A marsh is just behind the back row of campers and they will feast on you.

Slipper has one of the best DD BJ games on the coast. Also decent $1 VP.

I live in the area and wanted to mention Buccaneer State Park. It has come a long way since Katrina and is looking very nice. It has a beautiful new water park that I believe just opened or is about to open. My husband and I spent a night in our MH a couple weeks back and were quite impressed. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Large sites too.
