Silver springs OR

Just did a 3 day at silver springs state park in Oregon. Largest in the state. This park is one of the best. Great grounds and small lodge and gift shop. Also a small cafe.

But the waterfalls here are spectacular. 7 mile hike with 10 falls you can see. Absolutely beautiful. Already booked the weekend coming up so I can do it a over again. The hike is a moderate and you will more then likely get wet from water because you walk behind 4 of the falls. But these are small rainforests so the dampness is higher there. Definitely good waterproof hiking shoes. no sneakers

The rv area is small and limited spots.i believe up to 100. But not all have hookups or water. But you have lots of room between spots with trees and brush. Actually hard to see the one next to me. The sites have different lengths. And all look to be back in. So have to remove tow. Site b16 was 81 feet long and paved. There is water and 30a but no sewage hook up. The dump station is a few miles and free, it has water for rinsing and a potable water fill as well.
Cost is 29 a night and transfer fee? Something like that. 2 nights cost 66 bucks.

There is a self service station so you can drive through the loop. Find an empty site then pay at the entrance.
Check in is 4:00 pm. Seems very late and really forced me to pay for an extra night but I have no issues giving up the cash for such a great state park.
