Smoky Mountains WITH electricity?

For years and years we have camped IN the GSMNP, we have now moved up to a TT and are looking for as rustic a site as possible with electricity.

So, most important to us, after electricity, is rustic.

Don't care if we are north or south of the park

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

A web search for "electric rv parks near smoky mountain np" yields a lot of nearby RV parks with electric hookups.

This is on the Cates Cove side of the park. It's close to the park boundary just south of Townsend:

Have camped the area a lot. Nothing we can think of we would call rustic with electricity, although we have not camped every campground. Do Elkmont on the stream and use a small generator only as necessary.

Love Elkmont...did just that on the stream....(no genny) I do have a 100 watt portable solar now...Did 4 days at Elkmont, 3 at a private campground NE. of Gatlinburg and then 4 days at Smokemont on the southern side of the park.
