The biggest draw to South Haven is the beach. Jellystone is a couple of miles outside of town. We have a summer park model in South Haven and take our 10 year old grandson with us occasionally. Other than the beach itself it's a challenge to find activities. There is a go cart funland just down the road from Jellystone.

There is a lot of Coast line on that side of the state....

There is a Nucular Plant that is worth a tour I've done it twice, and several wineries in the area. Some great scenery and of course Lake Michigan.

how far do you want to Drive,, Kalamazoo (to the east) has the Kalamazoo Air museam, Battle Creek (just a bit farther) Kelloggs (tony the tiger)

To the North find Muskegon now continue to Lakewood/Lakewood Club

Just to the east of that (like 1 mile) you will find Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, may decent concerts over the summer. Though the average age on the stage is low to mid teen.. The top bands and orchestras are 1st rate and would do well in competition. (I have a couple CD's and live recordings) Even the evening jam sessions are good.

And another hour's drive is Interlocken, Internationally famous arts school and .. I am not sure which is better (of the two listed).
Home is where I park it!
