Southwest Florida Near Beach?

Looking for an RV park within walking distance to the gulf. Prefer somewhere between Tampa and Naples, pet friendly and not dumpy. Would be nice if near restaurants, shopping etc because we would like to stay for a month. Anyone stay at one they could recommend?

I think they have all been replaced with Hi Rise condos. I know of no beach side rv parks on the Gulf side of FL.
I hope someone else has more info than I do & you find what you are looking for.

Beach RV Park

Try the Red Coconut in Fort Myers Beach, FL. They have spots 50 ft from the ocean. It is located on Estero Blvd. Walking distance to everything.

Yep, Red Coconut. 3-4 restaurants within walking distance. We were there for Spring Break. If you can get the beach side you cannot get any closer to the water. (See attached photo taken last month). We had to stay on the other side of the road however the walk to the beach was little over 200 yds. There is a crosswalk.

Turtle Beach RV Park in Sarasota --- county bought out the private owners a few years back. On the beach, shuttle busses out front and several restaurants nearby ..allows 30 days camping in a 45 day period

Posting from Red Coconut Ft Meyers Beach. Thumbs up! Gorgeous beach, campsites beachside, shuttle if you don't want to walk, and grocery and restaurants walking distance <1 mile.
