Bigred1! Hi! Use to go to St.George a lot but found a state park just west of there called St. Joseph Peninsula state park. It is out on the end of the key that stretches westward and forms St. Joe Bay. You can get info at reserveamerica.com. The beach is great and the sits are right on the beach. Just thought you may be interested since not a whole lot of people know it is there.

It is a lovely park with camp sites one dune away from the beach......however be aware of the noseeums... we got eaten alive... looked like we had chicken pox!!! This is probably true in lots of places on the water but this one was nasty. We camped there in April.
