A few years back we stayed in St Charles, MO just over the MO river north of St Louis at Marquette Mobile Village Inc
They have apprx 10-15 rv sites in a mobile home park of about 75 mobile homes. We stayed here for 6 months. Reasonable rates from what I remember & there is a couple of casinos nearby if you are interested.

City of St. Peter's MO has a city park with full hook ups. Have not stayed there myself but looks nice and will try in future. I have stayed at Casino Queen RV park across from downtown, sound like that does not fit your needs but we were happy there

I usually stay at St Louis RV Park, love the location. I haven't looked at this one but it looks very convenient to downtown as well and much less urban.
