Stillwater, Ok
My granddaughter just started college at OSU in Stillwater. We looked around for a decent RV Park, but couldn't find one . Anyone know of anything in or around Stillwater. The ones we saw we could not get in and were run down.

Americas Brightest Orange!
Call the OSU Campus Police 405-744-6523 and ask if you can park in Lots 74, 84 or 112. If not, they should be able to tell you where to park.
As long as your not from Texas Tech! 😇

Try Lake McMurtry. Has water and electric, with dump station available. It's not a state park, but it has that feel.
The road to the west side is a bit rough, but it's about 15 minutes from campus. We stay in this one for football games.
We haven't been to the east side, but it may be a bit smoother to get to.
They have a website where you can take a look.

Hi are you talking a perment site for the student to stay while at OSU or just to visit? You might try Lake Carl Blackwell, it ran by the college or college owns it? https://lcb.okstate.edu/

Thanks for the replies. Do you know if a 45 ft would fit at Lake Carl Blackwell?

I'd try to help, but the only friends I know in OK don't recognize there is a school there, thus know nothing about the area...

DH is an OSU grad. Great school and community. I recommend Lake Carl Blackwell. The info I have says they accept big rigs, but I don’t know specifically how many of the sites are suitable. AllStays shows a few private campgrounds, but I don’t know anything about those. Like all big campuses, don’t go with it 50 miles of the place on a football weekend. Actually, you won’t be able to do so since everything will be full. If you do want to attend a football game, make reservations at one of the private parks well in advance and expect jacked up rates.
