Suggestion for campground near blowing rock.

any suggestions on a campground close to blowing rock that is the easiest as far as mountain roads are? i will be coming from the eastern part of the state. have not camped in the mountains in quite a while. it will be some time in oct. thanks

Julian Price Campground on the blue Ridge Parkway right near blowing rock.
It is $16 per night. No power hookup but there is a dump station and fresh water.
You can self register if you get there after hours. It is a National Park campground.
Beautiful area with lots of hiking if that is your thing.

Thanks, but with 4 girls and friends somewhere with full hookups might be more the ticket
