Suggestions for a RV Park in Yuma, AZ ?

Our 1st year RVing, we are boondocking at Quartzite - leaving for Yuma on Jan 30th. With so many RV parks to choose from in Yuma area we would appreciate any recommendations from others in this group. $35 or less per day is preferrable. Thanks!

Friends are currently in Cocopah and like the park. Don't like the winds though.

On veterans day I happened to stay at the Shangri La (sp?) in Yuma and they gave me a free night because I was a veteran so I feel the need to give them a plug. It is a very nice park but I don't remember the normal rate. Swimming pools and apparently all the amenities.

We spent the month of December at Southern Mesa RV park. It is located a few miles out of town, past the Marine Corp base, but that did not bother us since we were there to visit people in the Escapees park just a couple miles away. Our only complaint was the cell phone reception is not that great. There are more pluses for the park: great wi-fi, friendly people, have a place right there to buy R/O water, the people are very friendly and welcoming. We were going to stay a few days first using our Passport America but after the first night converted to monthly.
