Tejon Pass CA
Looking for a stop over (in & out) on hwy 5 at Tejon Pass CA I have a 32 ft RV with Jeep tow.

Not sure what you are looking for, however there are fuel and food at exits 202 & 206.
Didn't see any overnight places, unless Flying J fits your needs.

Someone else might have a better suggestion, but there is a rest area at Lebec if you aren't looking for full hookups.

There's a rest area right before Frazier Park and if heading south on i5 you can get off on grapevine rd and there's a cul da sac to the west of the old shell station,

The "Grapevine" is wide and not dangerous by itself, it's the 18 wheelers and cars that do. So drive defensive.

We have overnighted at the Frazier Flying J a couple of times. Parked over towards the Motel side, that's the freeway side of Flying J. Lot all that level but not miserable.
