The aquarium lots are not designed for RV parking. The one near the facility isn't even big enough to accommodate an RV; the lot under the highway is physically big enough but there aren't any oversize parking spaces. Both lots have access gates that I guess would be wide enough for an RV. Security is adequate during the day; I'm not so sure about nights.

Have you given any thought to staying at the NAS Corpus Christi RV park? Make it a couple of days and take you time seeing the area.

I don't remember about the parking - wish I could help there.

i googled a good picture this evening of the under bridge parking and by chance there was a rv parked there, which would be a short walk to lady lex and the aquarium, but now i think two days in corpus would let us have time to see it all.....
yep we are staying at nas sheilds park for a night... then run up to corpus and spend the day on our way up to columbia, then to brenham for ice cream

we were trying not to bring the toad on this trip, its looking more and more like its going with us now

While you are in Corpus try breakfast at the Atomic Omelet. My nephew just opened the place. Mike has 30+ years running Fridays and other good eats places. Tell Mike that Unka John sent ya.

DW uses Urban Spoon all the time and writes reviews. We'll have to look that one up.
