TGO The Great Outdoors. RV condo Park Titusville

Interested in hearing thoughts about this place on visit, seasonal and ownership perspectives. What about trips to beach? Where if living here?

We spent the month of Feb there this year. Easy ride to the beach and lots to do in the community. Sites are pretty big with some space between. Lots of golf carts and do not go over 15 MPH in the community.
Also great hill by the golf course to watch launches from the Space center.

We live there. Been there just over 10 years.

here is a good site for reference: TGO

if visiting/seasonal.....
> lots of folks rent sites without going through the realty company; mostly to folks who want 3+ months tho; and those are probably already rented for this winter season.
> check out here to see who might be renting and consider if you want to place an ad.
> the rental company will only rent a site for 30 days in Jan, Feb, Mar; at least that was the last time I checked.
> you can have almost any site available in the months of May to Oct; probably at a good price; at least when I was renting out a site I made it that way.

> you can buy:
>> a concrete pad;
>> a pad with a cover (port);
>> a pad with a cover and small suite (or large depending on the size of the lot you buy;
>> a single-wide mobile home
>> a double-wide mobile home
>> a small house (with or without an RV parking spot
>> a HUGH house with multiple RV garages
> there are a lot of choices for what you want to own;
> you own it; you pay the taxes; it is YOUR PROPERTY;
> you MUST abide by the architectural rules (and a few others)
> quarterly fees are $750 for: water; lawn service; cable TV; internet; sprinkler system; garbage; pool usage - and I probably forgot a few things. Basically you have to buy your electricity and phone service (just like a normal home).
> folks, for the most part, are OK; just don't get caught up in the political mess about the restaurant - just go and enjoy yourself.
> services on site: post office facility; RV repair; golf; tennis; pools; movies; etc.
I could go on-and-on. If still interested call there and request some literature.
