The Vineyards

We just got back from a weekend trip at the Vineyards Camground in Grapevine, TX. The place was so beautiful with the lake running on both sides of our site. There wer ducks, and cranes and other fowl. The wind was a little strong. but we had a great time. On
saturdy, we took the train to the Ft Worth Stockyards and had a great time. If you are ever in the area, we recomend a stay at The Vineyards Campground. Get reservations as this is a pouplar spot.

I think he site number was 61, but all the sites on that side are great. Even the ones across the road. They all have lake views and most have lake access. Our GS chapter had most of them. I know you will enoy your stay. The CG employees are very nice. For an extra treat, take the Grapevine Railroad trip to the Ft. Worth Stockyards. The trip is well worth the $$. Have a geat time.
