Thanks!
I've been calling around today trying to schedule between July 5 and 15, and I'm finding plenty of spots open. The weekend of the 4th seems full but after that, it's open. I just can't find a spot that I can fit my rig in (55ft), but... there are PLENTY for smaller setups.

Interesting to read this. We were at Gros Ventre a few days ago and we were told that all the electric sites were being held for employees working at GTNP (or not available to the general public). Although there were a lot of spaces occupied on all the other non-electric loops, there were still many open spots. It is a huge campground.

We opted to go into Yellowstone. Lewis was closed but we went to the Grant Campground, got in line early in the day and got a spot (no hookups, but very nice campground).

Which day were you at Gros Ventre campground?

EDIT: I see that it was back in May. Good that you got there early.
