Topsail State Park

Any recommendations on the best area of the campground to reserve a site? Next June.

We just returned from two weeks there!

We prefer the sites in the 101-168 area. We liked 123 as it had a large patio and private as well. The sites along Pampass Blvd and Palm Circle will expose you to more traffic so a bit less privacy. If you are going to take the tram to the beach and have a bunch of stuff to haul with you, then you might consider sites close to the tram station like sites 80 to 91. Sites 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 are on the main road in/out so they see all the traffic, but they are close to the pool and shuffleboard.

Good luck. It's hard to go wrong.
